Product description
TPU-Mophene polyurethane powder is prepared by special processing technology. It has the characteristics of small particle size (50-100um) and narrow particle size distribution. It is very suitable for printing technology with SLS 3D.
Compared with the conventional polyamide powder, the sintering temperature of TPU-Mophene powders is much lower, and the mechanical properties of products made by TPU-Mophene are higher than other TPU powders.

the difference of the geometry of the products, the given process parameters can only be considered as a reference value.

Applications
TPU-Mophene powder has high strength, high wear resistance and high elasticity, with the wide processing window and the high powder recovery rate, let it has a wide range of applications. 
TPU-Mophene is widely used in custom shoes and clothing, complex geometrical tube structures and orthopedic parts.
