TPU-Mophene polyurethane powder is prepared by special processing technology. It has the characteristics of small particle size (50-100um) and narrow particle size distribution. It is very suitable for printing technology with SLS 3D.
Compared with the conventional polyamide powder, the sintering temperature of TPU-Mophene powders is much lower, and the mechanical properties of products made by TPU-Mophene are higher than other TPU powders.

Due to the difference of the 3D printing machines and the difference of the geometry of the products, the given process parameters can only be considered as a reference value.
Process Temperature: 85 °C
